How long in advance should I book?
We would appreciate that you book at least 24 hours in advance
Meeting Point?
International Flights – For inbound overseas flights our driver will meet you at exit number 5
Domestic Flights – For inbound domestic flights our driver will meet you at exit number 12
How will I recognize my chaufeur?
For Airport Pickup your chauffer will be holding a sign with your name clearly written
What if my flight is delayed or canceled?
Your chauffer will monitor flight details online and will be aware that your flight has been delayed.
However if you are aware of any delays before arrival and have the opportunity to inform us by email or social chat we would be grateful. Please do inform us if your flight is canceled or your flight number is changed.
Will my driver wait during the customs and immigration process?
We understand that customs and immigration takes time. Your chauffeur will wait as long as required
What if I require a meal before I travel?
Not a problem. Please either inform the driver or let us know of your plans during reservation. There is a nominal surcharge of 300 Thai Baht for each 90 minute waiting period.
DEPARTURES
How many hours prior to flight departure should I allow?
This all depends on the pickup location. For example Hua Hin we would recommend at least 5-6 hours as traffic can be unpredictable and in particular during public holidays
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
If you are traveling from a hotel or condominium our driver will meet you in the lobby. He will also inform reception
If your pickup is from private accommodation be sure to provide us with the full address. Your chauffeur will meet and greet you at the front of the residence
